Often you gain a lot of knowledge in courses, but when you get back to the office, reality hits you, and you don't connect the good knowledge with your work tasks.

Throughout the process, I have realized that I can change some things in my working life. I have already succeeded in some of the plans, and I have no doubt that I will achieve the rest.

It's pretty amazing to find an education that targets this group, as "we" have been quite neglected educationally.

The Next Level MasterClass for Future Executive Assistants is a fantastic development journey to be on in terms of my role and also myself. Thank you for a journey packed with challenges and knowledge.

I've been on a journey, a journey with Next Level Masterclass. A journey that had a lot of impressions, a lot of fantastic content and that gave a lot of self-reflection.

I found it really valuable that each module had its own theme, a chance to delve deeper into relevant material and “nerd out” it on a higher level than you have the opportunity to do on a daily basis. You are guided safely through the process and you don’t get bored, which is great value for money.

Personally, the Next Level Masterclass has brought a lot of things with it. I have found that I am actually good at facilitating and that I actually find it super fun. In addition, there are several of the slightly more “heavy” topics, such as strategy, behavioral management and change processes that have found a place in me and have given me greater insight.

It has been incredibly valuable to be with like-minded people on this journey. Despite different personalities and functions, we face many of the same challenges and issues, which has been great to hear other perspectives on.

Take responsibility for your own development! Easier said than done... but on the NEXT LEVEL MasterClass for Executive Assistant training, you really got every opportunity to do just that.

Through long-term action plans, a balanced mix of theory and practice, incredibly inspiring teachers and not least all the other extremely competent participants you meet, it has been a fantastic journey on so many levels!

The process has brought me closer to my full potential and discovered new sides and competencies in myself. By making small changes over time, I “tricked my brain” into new behavior patterns and broke old habits.

With Next Level Masterclass, I finally found the continuing education I had been looking for and completed the course in 2022.

Phoenix Academy's instructors are professional, committed and talented individuals who manage to create a confidential, safe and, not least, entertaining learning environment. They touch on various topics that were and are very relevant to my role as an EA. The education is a well-balanced mix of personal and professional development with a common thread throughout the course.

I stand stronger today with more weight and I rest more in myself and my role as an EA. For the same reason, I lean in more and proactively take a bigger and more prominent role both in relation to my boss, but also in relation to his leadership team and the rest of the organization.

When my EA, Merete, took the initiative to participate in a new EA course, I was skeptical at first, but I was pleasantly surprised. The concept of testing expectations and calibrating with other companies was new, and the goal was set high for the EA of the future. Each module required development and action plans, which led to rapid change.

 As a result, Merete became a more active part of the leadership team and the driving force behind our workshops, focused on strategy and collaboration. She modernized our marketing and communications and involved colleagues in the work. 

Personally, Merete has gained more confidence and taken more tasks off my desk. We concluded that she should have participated in the Next Level EA course several years ago!

NEXT LEVEL Masterclass for EA/PA has really brought me to the next level.

The course has given me a self-understanding and self-insight that I never thought possible and a lot of tools to create peace and value for myself.

It has given me the strength to speak up and participate actively in management meetings and given me the courage to facilitate meetings and workshops.

I know myself better and know what I stand for and what I can do!
